We're sorry to see you go. Before proceeding, please read the information below carefully. Deleting your PaySafer account is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
- All active or pending transactions must be resolved before deletion. Deletion with open escrow funds will be subject to manual review.
- Your transaction history and dispute records may be retained for up to 7 years in compliance with Nigerian financial regulations.
- Any wallet balance must be withdrawn before requesting deletion. Unretrieved funds will follow our standard dormant account policy.
- You will lose access to your account immediately once deletion is processed.
- You can re-register in the future, but previous data will not be restored.
